and Autumn Scientific Conference of the Korean Society of Cosmetic Scientists, held in Seocho, Seoul, on November 22, 2024,

where the research center presented a poster entitled "Three-Dimensional Skin Lifting Analysis Using Landmarks on the VECTRA XT." Myung Jin Seo,

Senior Researcher of the Efficacy Team 1, presented a poster introducing a novel in vivo evaluation method for three-dimensional skin lifting analysis.

This study was designed to overcome the limitations of conventional skin lifting assessment methods by introducing a new evaluation approach using the VECTRA XT (Canfield).

The proposed method establishes anatomical landmarks at the center of the chin, both cheeks, the outer corners of both eyes, and the medial ends of both eyebrows.

Skin lifting is then quantitatively evaluated by analyzing changes in the total distance between these landmarks.

This novel evaluation method is expected to provide a more objective and precise assessment of improvements in skin lifting efficacy.

Through this poster presentation, mariedm Co., Ltd. Skin Research Center shared its latest research findings and engaged in valuable discussions with conference

participants regarding advances in skin evaluation methodologies.
